Our Hiring Process

  1. Communication – A Recruiter will be your initial point of contact and will keep you informed as you move through the process.
  2. Flexibility – PTS takes pride in having not just a regular interviews. We believe that everyone is born with their own style of working, and we explore the candidate in the same manner.
  3. Various Methods – From a phone interview with a Recruiter, to skype and face-to-face interviews with other Person, you’ll experience it all. Depending on the role, you may also be asked to complete a technical exercise.
  4. Fun – Interviewing can be a stressful process but we want our candidates to interview us as much as we are interviewing them. Be professional, but enjoy yourself.
